　　张建星，山西忻州人，中共党员、中央党校硕士研究生、高级工商管理硕士；历任《天津日报》工业部记者、财贸部主任，天津日报社编委会委员、副总编辑、总编辑，《天津日报》报业集团社长、总编辑、中共天津市河东区委书记、高级记者。1983年开始发表作品。2004年加入中国作家协会。历任黑龙江省政府副省长、党组成员、省国资委党委书记。2014年4月任人民日报社副社长。

　　Zhang Jianxing, born in Shanxi, is a member of the Communist Party of China, and a graduate from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC; he was a journalist and Director at the Department of Trade and Commerce at Tianjin Daily, a member of the Editorial Council, the Deputy Chief Editor, the Chief Editor, the Executive of Tianjin Daily and the Secretary of the East River District of Tianjin City. He started publishing in 1983 and joined the China Writes Association in 2004. He was appointed the Deputy Director of People’s Daily in April 2014.
